Isn't there some way you can get a buyer's phone number if you need to speak to them (like about a coin lost in the mail - as per the other thread I have going here..)?

I thought that all I had to do was choose "Contact Buyer" under the "More Actions" tab, but all that does is take me to where I can email him through ebay's system.

I've emailed him 4 times and he's not responding. I'm afraid he's not reading the emails and is going to go nuclear over a coin lost in the mail if I don't get to talk to him....

If you use outlook I believe you can put a thing on the email that sends you a notice when the other person opens the email... least that's how it was in the military when I used outlook.

One time I had to call a buyer and I believe I got their phone number from the postage/shipping label page if I'm not mistaken. I think sometimes the phone number is there and sometimes it isn't.

I also had a seller call me about a month ago, so the info must be somewhere.

I'm sure ebay can tell you where to find it. I had a problem with a buyer once and they suggested I call them.

Yep...I went through their help screens and finally figured it out. Thanks all!
