I would say EF
very nice coin too. I am probably wrong so don't take it from me as the Matt proofs are not my thing but it looks like a MP to me

I'm not too good at grading Lincoln cents (or other series, for that matter), but I'd say based on Photograde it's at least AU.

Kyle, my first thought was AU as I thought I saw some slight wear on the jaw and hairline at the temple. However, there appears to be cleaning lines between N and T in cent and across the bottom vertical in the E. Based on this, in am leaning towards EF cleaned. Still a very nice coin.

I would say XF-45 to AU-50 for this one. I like all of the red coming through around the details. Nice example.
