The bills are not fake just where they are cut is. Somebody cut up a sheet.

I don't think that they are even worth a dollar.
The bank will not take them unless you have both sides of the
same serial no. These have a different no. on each side.

We had a fire years ago and a few bills I'd left on my dresser were burnt in half, the bank gave me ½ the face value for each side of the serial # I had left.

This is a grey area to me but the person who cut the sheet is guilty of a crime if it was otherwise legal tender if properly cut. Just a waste of money to try and fraud someone IMO.
