I think i'd grade this as VF-30.

VF is about right from what I see. The fields on the obverse seem really clean, Bad. Nice coin.

Full EF-40 Just slightly too much wear on the Cheek and jaw to make 45 .

Nice natural even color coin .

I will go VF-30 to 35. There is full detail in the tops of the wheat stalks. All lettering is moderately crisp with no details showing excessive wear. No major blemishes other than the obv. rim hit at 12:00. Nicer than my 31-D!
