Bring up the main page, and click "Help & Contact" up top. In the Search box, enter "non paying bidder" and see what you get.

That's funny.

I've been buying on ebay since 2005 and selling since 2009 and must say things have headed downhill over the years. I have been very fortunate and attribute some of it to luck and some to only buying/selling to/from USA addresses and attempting to buy from only strong feedback sellers.

I must admit I am overdue to be burned but that has not yet happened. Knock on wood.
