Hi I'm still learning, I have been looking in my Red Book to see what kind of error this I, Or maybe its just got a lot of wear on it. I'm not quite sure. Any help would be great thanks.

Not an error. This coin has simply lived a hard life and likely will be retired/melted if (or when) it gets back to a bank.
