Looks like 1954D-1MM-001 D/D/D
1954-D-RPM-I-Wish-I-Had-Found-It-Sooner.
On most examples the lower RPM is missing. A lot more premium for when it is present.

Ken: It looks like the west side of the mint mark is showing there? But it might be something on the coin. I just check another die state and it doesn't show this.

Uruman, I gotta tell you, ever since I saw this coin, I knew right off what it is. It is a numismatic nightmare. It's the kind of coin you'd have to show the rpm through a hole in a sheet of paper. I am just like you, I too, have to check coins even in that condition. I breathe a sigh of relief when I don't find anything. I throw them in the spend pile with a smile. I sincerely hope this nightmare you have found marks the last one in it's class for both you and me. I deem it highly unlikely two numismatists would find two freaks of numismatics such as this cruel ugly coin. I for one will sleep well tonight knowing now that the threat is passed.
