I'm just a beginner but I don't see the normal lines I would expect from improper cleaning. I assume they are referring to how, for example, on the front it appears that the faces are a different color than the rest of the coin...as if that center part was rubbed clean? Perhaps the cleaning was done a long time ago? Report this Post to the Staff

The bag hits keep this at MS63 range if original surfaces ... the hairlines visible in several locations and uneven coloration lead to a cleaned conclusion. Nice coin however it was judged.
