Interesting - in the list of counties, Kent and Surrey are the wrong way round - Surrey is 8 on the map and Kent is 9. Possibly this suggests it was manufactured outside the UK?

WM medals of this sort are often listed with the hedged phrase "perhaps by Thomas Halliday for issue by Sir Edward Thomason." There are similar medals with the chronology of the Kings of England, the distances from London to England's universities and spas and the population of the British empire by possession.
