Anyone who knows what this coin is? Looks English on one side but not on the other. French? Weight: 0,65 gram. Diameter: 18 mm.

Naples, Carlo II D'Angio. KAROL SCD REX / IERL ET SICIL. At this weight, probably a half denaro. The fleurs-de-lys are there because he belonged to the House of Anjou.
