I bought about 15 silver toonies. I noticed one of them had a misaligned core. I know misaligned cores are fairly common on circulation coins, but what about NCLT?

I don't think they have cores... just a circle of gold plating on the silver coin

These Toonies can't be rotated as they are one piece. I think what wilsonwu89 is referring to is the off centre gold plating.
