A little better date for this one. What would you give her?

Obverse: The word Liberty is there but weak in spots, shield is clearly separated from the rock with many of the horizontal and vertical stripes visible.

I think this obverse meets the criteria for F-12 (at least in my book)

Reverse: rims worn in to tops of letters and motto partially worn away (similar to the VG-8 on PCGS Photograde)

My final grade would be VG-10

Yeah this one was a hard one for me was teetering back and forth between VG and Fine...liberty is all there, shields are mostly all there. Just the weakness around rim....wonder if it was a weak strike in the area
