I have found what appears to be a 1968 S over D Lincoln Cent, I have searched every where and cannot find anything about the 1968 S/D I have looked at other S/D MM and like the 1946 s over d and it looks identical. The Problem I am having is I cannot get a good closeup of the Coin without it being blurry.. any Help?

Try to take a photo through your magnifying glass or loupe.

Phone through a loupe or magnifying lens should work ok. But to be honest, I'm already saying its a die scratch or die chip, as it would be hard for a variety like this to make it this long without being discovered. Not impossible (i.e. the 1916 Mercury dime DDO), but very very unlikely.

Remarkably clear pics for someone who claims they can't do that.

I'm seeing what looks to me like typical deterioration from use of the tiny areas of metal inside the mint mark. On the die, those are essentially exposed slivers of metal not well equipped to hold their own under repeated tons of striking pressure, and they frequently chip and/or fill completely with every issue where they're used.
