Strange one; will be tough to ID with what is on the coin. I assume that 3267 is the serial number which does not help much.
Is it perhaps the same planchet that is used on modern arcade tokens? That may help to date this token--even if it is not made by one of the main producers of arcade tokens, using the same planchet would date this token to no earlier than about the 1970s. My gut is telling me 1980s or 90s for this one.
I have seen tokens with numbers that are struck together with the other side. Those tokens are struck for general use. The number can point to a shop. I do not think it is a serial number
