That would explain the additional 1947 coins in the booklet, next to the copper 1943.

Trouble is.. the seven is even with thr 4 where on the first coin it is above like a 1943

looks even to me, damage amy be obscuring it a bit. I am pretty sure the 1943s have a round top 3 anyway.

The top of the 4 is damaged, it only looks like the 7 is higher.

This would fill a spot in any book that has a place for a 1943 D copper cent - which I HIGHLY doubt any book even have that spot.
