Looks like the reverse was attempted at becoming a love token but turned out to be an utter failure, lol.

PO-01 or ungradable due to no mintmark showing?

I would guess with the carving that it would not grade at all?

The graffiti is the end of the coin's numismatic value IMO. Even the passionate lowballers would mostly pass I'd think.
