I was looking through my Jefferson nickels today and noticed that my 1970-s proof was rotated a little so I built a coin protractor and measured it and it is about 12 deg rotated think it is work getting it graded? how much more is a rotated die proof worth?

It's a very cool find, but it is within mint tolerances so it is not considered an error.

Rotated dies are only desirable if they are 15 degrees rotated or more.
