found this 2000 Lincoln cent, has what looks like a double beard ? ear ? ...something on his neck ....any ideas ...thanks for the help ..maybe a new find ..

Hello ter - looks like a normal cent to me.
2016 Objective - to establish a system to organize and catalog my expanding nickel and cent collection.

It's caused by an over polished die, which removed some of the devices.
