These are hard to find without black spots and the planchet quality also seems to lacking. I also often see problems with the stike, especially the O in ONE:

I gave this coin an MS65. If anyone has a better one or has seen a better one, I'd love to see it. I've been looking for months for this coin. I swear that 99% of them have problems or some sort....mainly with the strike and black spots.
