Hello I found this odd coin... Had me thinking of its just damaged or what? I noticed a raised straight line through the One Cent on the reverse? Any ideas?

How does a coin obtain a raised device on top of the other devices? If you look where it says one cent right by the o theres a straight line almost looks line its printed ontop ?

The area in question may just be material relocated from the "E" in CENT after taking a hit. Don't believe it to be struck that way at the mint. Thanks, Doug.
