still lookin Pillar of the Community 967 Posts	Posted 01/15/2017 08:38 am For me the highest probability coin for finding a Cud has been on the quarter, then the cent and then the nickel. I find one Cud in about every 10,000 quarters, maybe one in every 100,000 cents and I don't know for nickels because I have only found a few on nickels out of a gazillion searched. I have found more struck with split dies on nickels than Cuds. I figured the nickel was harder and therefore I would find more Cuds. Somehow that has not been the case for me at all. CoinMasters Pillar of the Community United States 5964 Posts	Posted 01/15/2017 10:53 pm I think besides the hardnass, the size of the coin and the quantity minted for a particular denomination determines the numbers of Cuds denomination wise.
