Hello. Is this PMD damage or some type of misalignment from mint? The top of edge of reverse looks a little off. It's not a very pretty coin. Thanks for your time and any info.

Yes, it is just tarnish and damage. Spend it.

You can see where something scraped the bottoms of the letters off starting with the E in Liberty. Probably damage from a coin rolling/wrapping machine.
