1957 Cent With Extra Stem Or Bud ? - Coin Community Forum

CPC2013 Valued Member Canada 377 Posts	Posted 03/04/2017 11:46 am So far I have come across 10 of these 1957 cent coins with what looks like the same as the 1964 extra stem or bud varieties . So far I see no listing for these coins . Has any one else come across these stem- bud varieties for 1957 cents ? Report this Post to the Staff

pennysaver Pillar of the Community Canada 937 Posts	Posted 03/04/2017 6:45 pm Hi CPC2013 I've run across the 1957 before (I think I have 2, I'll have to dig them out to see if they're 2 different ones or the same as yours). They show up in several years between the late 1950's through to the 1970's. If my memory hasn't failed me there is an excellent thread somewhere in here called "The Extra Spine Project" which shows quite a number of them. Nice find! Report this Post to the Staff
