Ok I know they used an anti tarnish on theses coins
It looks like there is an x on her forehead
Or am I just seeing things

Hello Staios. It looks like the experimental rinse dollars were only struck at the Philadelphia mint. http://www.smalldollars.com/dollar/add002.html

I can't really see what's going on with the forehead, but my gut reaction is post mint damage. If you can get a sharper, closer picture, we can tell you for sure.

Upon expansion, looks like a Y.

Weird staining of the plating, heat related to the annealing process?

The coin is actually a chocolate color
The mark on her head looks like it may have dried that way
