If it's the third from the left on the top row that looks like Postumus to me.

I don't have RIC available, but all the Laelianus antoniniani I could find online have Victory walking right.

It looks more like this Postumus to me:

It looks like a regular Postumus RIC V 89 to my eyes too. The legend seems to confirm this too.
