It is certainly worth hanging on to. It is in good condition. As far as a frame I don't know. You can get a clear plastic holder at any coin supply dealer for less than a dollar.

It has significant value above face, but probably won't allow you to retire early.

Depends in part who signed it. Following values are from A Guide Book to US Paper Money by Friedberg and Friedberg (2006 ed.)

Speilman and White VG 35 F 40 VF 50

Woods and White VG 35 F 40 VF 50

Woods and Tate VG 60 F 75 VF 100

From your pictures I'd estimate the condition at VG-F, but I am absolutely NOT an expert grading currency from photos! LOL
