F-12. Yes, if you ever intend to sell it, it is worth TPG. I suggest NGC and PCGS.

Fine sharpness, but cleaned. Someone rubbed the obverse fields in front of the Indian's face and in back of the headdress.
This is the kind of thing that might fix itself if the coin were to be stored in an envelope for a decade. Coin doctors can also fix it, but don't you try.
