What's behind Lincoln's head (left) looks like a folded over lamination peel.

Really, though, the pics are too fuzzy to tell for sure.

I will download some pictures when I get home from work tonight I think I figured I'd better way to get better pictures as well of the front

I really have crappy picture taking abilities at the moment but with this collection I've taken over I'm really going to have to if I want online opinions.

Check out the Photography forum here. There are many discussions about using different devices/cameras to take photos of coins and tricks/methods for simple lighting and device stabilization.

I use my phone for pics and some very basic lighting and background. Keep in mind that better lighting (like the pic with flash) can create a more clear photo.
