Caused by over polishing. Nice examples!
DD's...on the hunt: 95, 92, 83, 72, 71, 70, 69, 64, 59, 58, 55, 47, 42, 41, 39, 35, 34.

(Found since (August 2017) signature creation: 82 DDR)

Those are nice examples of the "Floating Roofs". This error was caused by an Over Polished die.

Every coin struck from that die will have the same issue after this over polishing happens. So I would feel it is common.
