Scans are not good for determining luster. If there is any there it may up my opinion. As it stands I would say EF35

There's no luster. Scan is low resolution, but renders coin pretty accurately. Thanks.

I'm in at ( TPG) VF35 sharpness. The coin's color is a bit funky, but not outrageously so. The obverse strike is moderately weak, based on the stars.
