I wonder if PCGS is going to start getting into the attribution game or perhaps they have some information which may catapult this 'normally R2' coin to atmospheric heights. Maybe all those who have their coins simply slabbed by PCGS will now need to Resubmit and REPAY for the ERROR-FREE Rock Solid attribution service they will be providing.
