I was thinking about buying it just wanted to make sure it wasn't PMD but I have no clue what a good price for that would be

The Silver War Nickels are notorious for this. I'm not sure what a fair price would be, but I know it is common to see laminations on these Nickels. I have found several over the years.

EDIT: The value would be determined by what it is worth to you. If you like the coin and can afford it, buy it. I am guessing around $5.00 - $10.00 for an average lamination on a War Nickel, one this large may be worth paying a little more for.

That reverse Lam is spectacular. I'd go up to $20, even though the "retail" value is probably only $10 or so.

Sometimes when you find a real winner that you will always be proud to own, the $10 extra won't matter.
