Has anyone seen this before? I have no idea what I'm looking at. There are extra raised areas in front of Roosevelt's mouth, eye and under his chin after the D in God

Looks like it might be a die clash. Anyone got an overlay?

The green areas are the more commonly seen clashes. I think that's what you have!
