I'm getting back into coin collecting after a long break. I like Lincoln cents, roll hunting and inexpensive world coins. So far the coin community has been very helpful to me. What a Great resource. Thank you.

to CCF! Check out Yahoo!s "Every country" group. Not for the endless chatter about whether this city in 17xx was independent or not, but for the 9000+ line check list you can download and filter. To say, something like countries since 1950 or 1970 which is a sane but challenging list of relatively inexpensive coins.

BSTrauss3 I'm not exactly sure what you're recommending but I check out Yahoo groups. Thanks for the suggestion.

Chafemasterj thanks. I see all your counterstamp pennies. Those are amazing. I never knew they were a thing. How hard are they to find?

Quote: How hard are they to find? @Lionel90. Sometimes they are all over ebay. For the past month or so anything unique (not the Kennedy, Bicentennial or Masonic) ebay has been dry. I have a couple of other auction sites I watch. Been quiet. I've heard that some dealers at shows have a binder off to the side. Still need to get to my first show. I'm just starting the Whitman 20th and 21st century type set album so I'm going to make it a point to finally hit some shows here in the Chicago area. Thanks for the compliment and checking them out.
