well doing a 500.00 box of half came across one with a bubble seems to be solid, three pics added the front and back are at the points of the bubble and 3rd shows the size of it

First thought is heat,maybe it was in a house fire?

yeah, that coin is badly damaged. I was going to guess heat exposure as well.
