I know it's a bad picture, I got the picture from ebay and know it's circulated/lightly cleaned, but what's your opinion of the grade based on this picture? I'm thinking about buying it.

Perfect, but I want some more opinions. If it's at least EF I'm more than ready to pay his price.

I just bought an 1892S Barber dime in F-15 with some very small, out-of-focal-area gouges for $100 from this guy.

Doesn't cleaning just knock off like 1/3 value or something? Or is it by grade generally? VF seems to be going about 550-600 so this is still a good price.

I wouldn't personally pay $550 for it, but I can see how someone would.
