Seller will be contacting Numismatic Crime Unit - but is out of country at the moment.

Believes the theft occurred in California postal system.

If they weren't sent by registered mail, post office maximum liability is $15. According to the domestic mail manual bullion items are only insurable for their value if sent registered.
