Absolutely Roman, which can be irregular in shape. This particular example appears to be an issue portraying Constantine II as Caesar, with a two standard "Gloria Exercitis" reverse, minted in Cyzicus.

Although this is a decent specimen, in general the extant Roman bronzes of this period are plentiful, and consequently the price obtained for such typically will be on the lower end of the scale.
