It was printed by BABN (the less popular/discontinued printer around 2012) so these notes circulated fast and are only found worn now. Many collectors like the early prefixes so you could trade it (as "CalmBud" suggests) If you can spare $20 -keep it. I used to keep circulated repeater notes (& fancy numbers) and even old series and later used them to buy better notes when I was much younger (& cash was tight).
