There's another bill for comparison but the Department of Treasury stamp is off or the word one is off also there is something in the S of United States of America on the bill also the bill is shorter on one side then the other bill let me know what you think and what it's worth if anything

Generally speaking, an off-center note actually has to have some of the printing missing on one edge to have any value.
