Well it's definitely not a proof . Edges of coin are too rounded and not displaying a sharper strike coherent to proofs . Reverse looks BU ,obverse unc. but discoloration kills it .
Don't take life too seriously and remember it is just a passing fad ......

Thanks, I don't think its been in circulation . I found it in one of my forgotten books at the back with plastic over it.

Agree 62, spotting and field discoloration detracts a lot.
