Man high grade coins like this are tough to grade by pics but I'm gonna guess somewhere in the neighborhood of SP 67. There's a decent amount of marks on jefferson's profile holding it back IMO. Specifically the one on his eyebrow.

It's a beautiful example. SP-66 would be my opinion on a technical grade, but I think it would get 8/10 on the eye appeal.
