I know its loaded with PMD but the 6 looks convincing to me. Wide on the sides and skinny toward the middle. Been trying to look up something on 69 d to match but can't find anything. Any guesses on it?

I can see the tail of the six took a hit which made it wider.

No doubling is on your coin. Just Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint). It's a damaged coin.
