Please have a look. I'm interested to know if this is DDR MDR or triple die reverse?

It's neither. NOT a Doubled Die. It's Die Deterioration Doubling, caused by a worn die. Your coin also shows Machine Doubling, since the devices are reduced in size, and it's shelflike in appearance. http://www.error-ref.com/die-deteri...on-doubling/ http://www.error-ref.com/machine-doubling/

Go to doubleddie.com and read up on how Doubled Die are made. http://doubleddie.com/58222.html
Errers and Varietys.
Rest in Peace

MD can be multipled hits on each coin and in different directions also, just depends on how loose the dies were in their holders how much they bounce.
