What your seeing is Mechanical Doubling caused by the flattening and reduction in devices. Keep looking and you'll find one!

There is no doubling to be seen anywhere, this coin is well circulated and has dings and scratches. where do you see the doubling?

and there is no sign of doubling on the coin pictured, unfortunately. Look up 1969 S DDO and you'll see quickly that the true DDO is insane and easily sighted
