As long as the container is clean and coins are free from verdigris and bronze disease, placing in a sealed container in a climate controlled room would be fine. A dessicant pack may be helpful if you live in a humid climate. If these coins are wrapped or in another form of storage that may also be fine, even the way they are. Copper is an easy metal to protect as long as humidity and poor air is controlled. Report this Post to the Staff
