Hey is this a 1960 D over D Lincoln cent? Definitely looks repunched to me but as always , seeking the awesome opinion of the experts and seasoned vets . Ty Candi

Nope, it's not. It's a normal Large Date Cent. Here's what a genuine example looks like. http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds

That's some type of stain, which is considered Post Strike Damage (meaning that it happened after it left the U.S. Mint).

The stain to the SE of the mintmark is, well, a stain. Not an error.
