1983 P LMC. If any MD should be worth a premium this one is it. Quadrupled!

I found this 1983 P LMC that has quadrupled MD. Coolest MD I have ever seen. Tell me what you think!

I would keep it. I been looking at doubled dies for Lincoln cents and I personally believe this looks cooler then over half the doubled dies on the list.

Very loose machine. Save it to educate new ones you encounter. Then direct them here. Keep in mind this all occurred during one strike. Machine was real sloppy on this strike.

Very nice find and example! To be honest, if I find an example with Machine Doubling like this, I would keep it in my collection for educational purposes. That one is a keeper Jim!

Thanks everyone! Definitely a keeper. Mr. Coop, that is what amazes me about this cent, it was done with one strike.

Jim, now the challenge would be to find a coin that has Quintupled Machine Doubling.

It would be, especially if it had much more than your example.

Really? An iPhone? Wow. I'm amazed. What iPhone and magnifier do you use? I just ordered 3 different mignifiers today, maybe all I need is a magnifier for my old phone
