Greetings. Hope this topic finds all well and prosperous.
Here are two 64 D's with MM that appear doubled. Is this a common error for these. Not sure if machine or actual D over D. Thanks Rich

Machine doubled. Note the metal striation lines on the west side of the mint mark? Reduced in size not enlarged like a RPM would be. The push doubling made the cent of the mint mark smaller.

Machine Doubling, since the device is reduced in size. See the metal striations lines? That's because the die slided a little bit during the strike.
