Significant portions of the legend are missing but it seems to be a copper fals of the Mamluk sultan al-Nasir Muhammad I ibn Qala'un, 3rd reign, 1310-1341. No mint name or date visible. Similar types were struck at Cairo, Damascus, Hamah and Aleppo. Cf. Balog 219ff.
